There is no villa manager. We have a villa check-in and check-out process.
Yes, there is a maid service. The maid will clean the hard-surface areas daily, and make sure that bedding or towels are refreshed as instructed by our schedule, usually every 3-days for towels, and bedding changed weekly.
No, she has her own accommodation, away from the villa.
There is no chef or chef service. There is a fully fitted kitchen at your disposal, or you can order from many local restaurants to have food delivered to the villa via Grab.

Yes, we have a procedure of holding 20,000 THB security deposit in cash from you. Required on arrival.
No. The villa is available for use by the paying guests who are staying at the villa, not for use by friends or family staying elsewhere.

Yes, however the maximum occupancy rule of 8-guests is fixed and must not be exceeded. In addition to that, we recommend that you attain a copy of their Thai ID card in case of any issues. As the paying guest, you are responsible for any inappropriate action or damaged caused by the joiner. In such as case, you will find having their ID Card details very useful!
No. Pets are not allowed. You can bring the kids tho ;-)
No, but there are many rental shops available close by.
No, but there are many tour agents in the area. They will all have lots of options for you.
There are washing machines and dryers in the villa, but if you prefer to use a laundry service, there are many nearby.

It's cleaned twice per/week, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

There's an allowance 100kw per/day and then 7baht per/unit. The electric meter reading taken at the stay/end of your stay, then you pay the amount owed. Be conscious about your usage and there will be no surprises.
Yes. There's 1 x travel cot and 1 x high chair.
