Pool area is lovely and clean

They gave us recommendations for New years eve and even went above and beyond and booked the restaurant for us. The house is big and can easily fit 2 families, big bedrooms with plenty of storage and space. we had 10 people in our group and we had alot of space. Huge living area and kitchen with all the utensils and equipment you would need. Villa is walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to going back.

Great place to stay, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and Ece's always very responsive for whatever it is that you might need. The garage was also a + considering it can fit 2 cars or a few motorbikes. The villa was great for the price and me and my friends were all satisfied with the stay.

Thank you very much for the warm reception from ECE. My family had a pleasant holiday here. The location is very good, very close to the walking street, Pattaya Beach, cliff restaurant, and there are also 711 and restaurants nearby. The price-performance ratio is great, the living room and kitchen space are large, which is very suitable for a big family like us. The swimming pool and garden are also large. We had a lot of fun. The bedroom is also spacious and comfortable, and the bed is very comfortable. The landlord arranged for the cleaning staff to clean for us every day for free. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay. There was no extra charge for our electricity bill. I will book again next time I come to Pattaya.
